The pages of the program include: lists of Fair officials and members of the Fair committees; a Program with lists of events for each day; photographs of the King and Queen of the Carnival in each year from 1911-1914; photographs of previous winners for decorated automobiles; a photograph of bungalows on Rockaway Street in Raritan Bay Park; photographs of "Scenes on the Beach at Rockaway Park;" a note about the development of the carnival by the committee; and advertisements for local businesses.
