Ownership and History |
"Tonsorial artist" is a term for a skilled barber with a talent for shaving. Louis Eckett (1875-1959) worked as a barber for more than 30 years. This bag indicates that his shop also sold tobacco products. The shop was located at 12 Richmond Avenue in Port Richmond, Staten Island.
