Description |
Handwritten deed on off-white paper, folded in half. The deed is for pew number 26 in the Reformed Dutch Church at Richmond, Staten Island, sold by Lewis R. Marsh to Daniel D. Tompkins Esquire of the town of Castleton, dated May 25, 1817. Lewis R. Marsh had previously purchased the pew from David N.O. Davies. Handwritten inscription on the reverse: "L.R.
