Small printed booklet, 16 pages. Printed on the title page: "MEN'S LEAGUE / FOR / WOMAN SUFFRAGE / OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK / 1912 / Executive Secretary / 11 Broadway, New York City". The booklet contains a list of officers, a summary of the organization's contributions to the suffrage movement, and a list of members by county. Two members are listed for Richmond County, on page 14: Hon. Lester W. Clark, New Brighton, and Edwin Markham, Westerleigh. The organization's constitution is printed on the last page.
