Ownership and History |
Seth Low ran unsuccessfully for Mayor of New York City in 1897. In 1901 he was elected on a fusion ticket as the second Mayor of New York City after consolidation, serving from 1902 to 1903. He ran for re-election in 1903 but was defeated. |
