Original B&W print with fabric backing and a paper tab at left (appears to have been part of an album). Front view of a row of one- and two-story buildings on the boardwalk at South Beach, Staten Island, with the beach in the foreground. The building at right has signs on front "EUREKA HOTEL." and "SCHREIBER'S Hotel." An adjacent building at left has sign "SCHREIBER'S HOTEL." The building at far left has sign "GILLIES' PLEASANT VIEW." The building at far right has a restaurant sign (the name is not visible). A few men and children walk on the boardwalk.
