Original B&W print. Front view of a two-story building; the first floor appears to have a series of connected doors that would open up the front of the building. Sign painted on the second floor of the building: "CHOP SUEY RESTAURANT." Two signs are attached to the building: "SCHAFFER'S / POSTAL FOTO'S" and "CHOP SUEY." A small building at right has faint lettering on the front: "LEMONADE / ..." A vehicle and two wheelbarrows are in front of the building. Handwritten inscription in pencil along the top edge of the photo: "ERECTED 1912 DESIGNED EHS."
