Original B&W print on a gray cardboard mount. Group portrait of employees of the Rubsam & Horrmann Brewing Company of Stapleton, Staten Island. The men are arranged in five rows; the front three rows are seated, and the back two rows are standing. They are outdoors, in front of several trees. Several of the men hold mugs. There are two wooden barrels on the ground in front of the group. An inset photograph in a circle above the group has a portrait of a seated man wearing a suit and hat and holding a cane. Printed inscription at the bottom of the image: "OUTING / of the / Employees of the Rubsam & Horrmann Brewing Co., / to / LANG'S PICNIC GROUNDS, NEW DORP, S.I., / OCTOBER 17TH. 1907."
