Ownership and History |
Photographer Alice Austen appears to have written the wrong year in her inscription. Her uncle Peter Austen sold his New Brunswick home in 1893, when he and his family moved to Brooklyn, New York. This building is no longer in use as a church. At present (2019) it is McKinney Hall, a part of the Rutgers University campus. |
