This is an individual item contained within archival collection MS260.000, Benjamin Family Papers. Original B&W print on square beige cardboard mount. Bust portrait of Joanna (Egbert) Benjamin. She wears a dark colored dress with a high collar and large puffs at the tops of the sleeves. Printed inscription on the reverse of the mount: "S. A. TAYLOR, / NO 453 FULTON STREET, / BROOKLYN, N. Y." Handwritten inscription on the reverse of the mount: "Joanna Egbert / about 1891." (Keywords: New York) |
