Woman's 1-piece dress. Cocoa brown braid in checkerboard design mounted on net. Fitted bodice has round neckline, tan chiffon yoke and long tan chiffon sleeves, with self fabric band across front at waistline to give the effect of a belt. Back closure with zipper. Gored skirt. Brown synthetic fabric lining in skirt and bodice. Cloth label at neckline: "ARNOLD SCAASI." Arnold Scaasi (whose designer name is a reversal of his last name, Isaacs), created his first ready-to-wear collection in 1956.
