In the lower center is a shield surrounded by leaves; the initials "SI" are in the center of the shield. Inscription lower right: "[copyright symbol] QUALI-TEE 93." Used at the City of Staten Island celebration at Fort Wadsworth on November 4, 1993. Dimensions are 24 inches high x 29 inches wide.

|Ownership and History||This poster was acquired at a rally staged at Fort Wadsworth on November 4, 1993, the day after an election in which Staten Islanders voted to move toward separating from New York City. The secession movement later stalled due to resistance from the City and State of New York.|
