Title Happy Easter-Tide
Description Easter postcard (greeting card). Color-printed and embossed illustration of three yellow chicks outdoors beside a large egg with a green ribbon and bow on it, and violets growing beside it; the egg has a large opening with cracked edges. The chick at left appears to be wearing a white apron and small bonnet; it is carrying a basket filled with green and blue eggs. The other two chicks are wearing caps that resemble snowdrop flowers; one holds a pussy willow branch, while the other has a pussy willow branch tucked into a green belt, and wears a monocle. Trees are in the background. Printed inscription in red, blue, and brown: "Happy Easter-Tide". Reverse has divided back with printed headings and fine print: "Printed in Germany." Handwritten inscription: "Kat[her]ine".
