Ownership and History "I like Ike" was the campaign slogan for Dwight D. Eisenhower in the 1952 U.S. Presidential election. It was also the title of the campaign's theme song, written by Irving Berlin as an adaptation of an earlier song he had written which was called "They like Ike."

This pin belonged to Laura (Elliman) Patrick (1934-2012) of Staten Island.
