Metal mesh purse made of linked rings. Rectangular; the metal frame has a raised floral design and cut-out hearts; ball clasp; chain handle; ball tassels at bottom. Marked inside near the clasp: "G. SILVER / M. & H." The marking may indicate that the frame is made of German silver, an alloy of copper, nickel, and zinc that contains no silver metal. Measures 5.5 inches high (not including handle) x 5.250 inches wide.
