Printed "PASS" in large red letters across center; black printed inscription: "RICHMOND COUNTY FAIR, DONGON [sic] HILLS, STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. / COMPLIMENTARY / (Forfeited if transfered) / Issued to [blank line] / SEPTEMBER 6-7-8-9-10-11, 1926 / This pass is not transferable and will be taken up if presented at the / PASS GATE / by other than the above-named person. / Good every afternoon and evening. / Robt. Brown, President Hal P. FitzSimons, Secretary". The top and bottom edges are printed with boxes with the days of the week and "AFT." and "EVE.", apparently to be marked or punched upon entry. Reverse side is blank.
