Woman's short cape of white wool flannel, edged with gold braid and elaborately decorated with gold thread embroidery in a scroll and paisley design. Cape is lined with an ivory synthetic fabric, probably a later addition. Round neckline with standing collar. Gold button and loop closure at collar.
