Goodenough & Co., New York in the clerks office of the District court of the United States for the Southern District of New York / Henry Seibert & Bros. Ledger Building cor. William & Spruce St., N.Y. / PUBLISHED BY E. GOODENOUGH & CO. 122 NASSAU ST. N.Y." Handwritten label glued on reverse, probably from donor: "Mrs WL Conner / Mother". Certificate has a central engraved image of two clasped hands surrounded by cherubs, and an engraving lower left of a wedding procession entering a church.|
