Description Original B&W print. View of Hyatt Street in St. George, Staten Island, as seen from an elevated vantage point. A trolley (streetcar) is stopped on the street; sign on the front of the trolley: "PORT RICHMOND / CONCORD / N.Y. FERRY." A horse-drawn carriage crosses over the tracks behind the trolley. The building that is partially visible at left is the St. George public library, which opened in 1907. There is a house at right, and another house is seen at the end of the street. A church steeple is seen above the tops of the trees. Handwritten inscription in pencil on reverse (possibly the photographer's handwriting): "File St George / Hyatt St / E.A. Sargent."
