Description Original B&W film negative. Interior view of the Tavern on the Green Restaurant in New Dorp, Staten Island, showing the bar at right. In the center of the room is a circular settee and 3 small square tables. The room has a stone fireplace with a mounted moose head above the mantelpiece. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "Tavern on the Green 10-2-48 / 2 ea 8x10."
