Description Original B&W print on cream cardboard mount. View of a small structure with two ticket booths joined by one roof; each booth has a large sign mounted on front with inscription: "69th ST. / BROOKLYN / FERRY." A smaller sign above is not legible. Each booth has a sign or inscription on the window: "PASS. CAR 75 [cents] / [illegible] / TICKETS;" sign along the edge of the roof: "HEADROOM 12 FT. 6 IN." Each booth has striped barriers lowered across the entrance to the ticket window. The elevated bus ramp to the St. George Terminal for the ferry to Manhattan curves from upper right, behind the booths, to the left. A row of cars are parked at far right, behind a fence beneath the curved ramp. Two structures are partly visible beyond the ticket booths, with a third structure partly visible at far left. Typed inscription on paper glued to the reverse of the mount: "TR - 183 / 69th STREET FERRY / St. George, Staten Island / Terminal / Ticket Booth / Looking East / By Herbert L. Van Cott / Nov. 30, 1964."
