Acquisition Gift of Herbert A. Flamm
Ownership and History Staten Island Borough Hall, seen at right in this photograph, was designed by architects Thomas Hastings and John Carrere; its construction was completed in 1906. The two buildings seen at left are also still standing as of 2015.
