Description Original B&W film negative. Nighttime view of men working to repair telephone wires attached to utility poles. There are several trucks parked along the side of the road, along with a police car with inscription "122 / PCT" on the door. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "Telephone Co. 5/9/51." Identified by previous catalogers as the scene of a brush fire on Todt Hill Road at Ocean Terrace in Todt Hill, Staten Island.
