Description Original B&W print. Diagonal front view of two- and three-story buildings along Jersey Street in New Brighton, Staten Island. A man sits in front of a building in the center of the image; two other men and several children are on the sidewalk further down the street. Two posters advertising the circus are seen in windows of two buildings at left. Inscription on the reverse identifies this as old tenements and store fronts on Jersey Street, photo by F.O. Fingado, October 1938.
