Description Original B&W film negative. Angled view of a Flying A service station on Brighton Avenue in New Brighton, Staten Island, seen from the intersection of Lafayette Avenue and Brighton Avenue. Two houses appear on the right, and Staten Island Hospital and the S.R. Smith Infirmary are seen in the background on the left. The service station was located on Brighton Avenue at the corner of Sumner Place. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "Tidewater Oil Co. Mr. Kories / Brighton Ave. / 11/23/56 / 4 each."
