Acquisition Museum Purchase
Ownership and History Julia Marsh was a friend of the photographer Alice Austen, and she appears in a number of Austen photographs. In 1888 Julia married George Osgood Lord, and they resided on Wandel Avenue in Clifton, Staten Island, for many years before moving to Millburn, New Jersey around 1920.
