Description Original B&W postcard. Diagonal front and side view of a two-story wood frame building with a covered front porch. Sign hanging from the porch roof: "POST OFFICE." A sign rests on the porch floor: "GROCERIES." A man and two women stand on the porch, looking toward the camera. There is a small building at right. Handwritten inscription at the bottom of the image: "Huguenot Park Post Office." Handwritten inscription along the right edge: "ML 30/8/08." Handwritten inscriptions on the reverse: the right side is addressed to Mrs. Mary Leonard, Linoleumville, Staten Island, and the left side has a message: "Aug 30/08 / All well. / from / Mrs. J. Low." There is a stamped postmark from Linoleumville dated August 31, 1908.
