Description Original B&W postcard, mounted on a page in photograph album X17.0003; the album contains photographs of Midland Beach, Staten Island, and is associated with Henry Johnk. Interior view of a grocery store. A man stands behind a counter at left; the countertop, the shelves behind the counter, and the shelves and cases at the far end of the store and at right are stocked with various items, with prices indicated on signs. Items include raisin bread, various canned goods, spaghetti, butter, tea, and fresh produce, including what appear to be bananas or plantains.
