Description Original B&W print. Diagonal front view of a dilapidated two-story wooden building at 1935 Richmond Terrace in Port Richmond, Staten Island. Other buildings can be seen at left and right; automobiles are parked on the street in front. Inscription on the awning of the adjacent building at left: "L. MONTANTI & SONS WHOLESALE LEATHER." Handwritten inscription on the reverse of the photo: "1935 Richmond Terrace / U.B 117 / 1938 / 3/20/39." The inscription "U.B." stands for unsafe building.
