Description Original B&W film negative. View of Hylan Boulevard about 1 block north of Jefferson Avenue, in Grant City, Staten Island. In the middle distance at right is a freestanding billboard with inscription: "Ahead 1 Mile / ... / DOUBLE TREAT - PARK AND EAT / COSMOS / DRIVE-INN / FOUNTAIN SERVICE - SANDWICHES / Cafeteria Style!" Sign at the top of the billboard: "Richmond Poster." Felice's Restaurant is visible in the middle distance on the left. Various automobiles are on the roadway. Handwritten inscription in the lower right corner of the negative: "HB 6229-2." The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "HB 6229 / Richmond Poster 6/22/59 Hylan Blvd / 3 each."
