Description Original B&W print on beige cardboard mount. Group portrait of 35 men and one boy seated and standing outdoors beside a tree; two sets of bowling pins with bowling balls are set up in front of the group. Ten men are seated in front row, seven men seated in second row, two men seated in third row, sixteen men and one boy stand in the rear. Most of the men are wearing suits and caps, and holding glasses of beer. One man wears an apron without suit jacket or hat. Printed inscription at top: "STAPLETON BOWLING CLUB / THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 19th, 1895 / Outing to the Four Corners Brewery."
