Description Original B&W print. Diagonal front and side view of a fire engine parked on a street with two houses in the background at left and trees in the background at right. The fire engine has a bell and metal box mounted behind the driver's seat; inscription on the side of the vehicle is partly hidden by a lantern: "CITIZENS ENGINE CO. / F.D.[N.Y.?]." Handwritten inscription on the reverse of the photo: "C. 1935 / (Citizen Engine Co, NY_ _, engine, in front / of Fire House at corner Amboy & McQuire [sic] Ave's, S.I.) / George Wi[...]."
