Description Original B&W print on off-white cardboard mount. Interior view of the dining room in the Anson Phelps Stokes house "Bay Villa" in New Brighton, Staten Island. The room is furnished with an oblong table and four chairs, and two sideboards. A child's highchair is partially visible at left. There is a lambrequin on the mantel. Items are displayed on both sideboards; the one in the center of the image holds numerous pieces of silver, including a tea set and a water pitcher. Printed inscription on reverse of mount: "ALMSTAEDT / PORTRAIT & LANDSCAPE / PHOTOGRAPHER / TOMPKINSVILLE, S.I. / PUBLISHER OF PHOTOGRAPHS OF / Staten Island Scenery."
