Description Original glass plate negative. Men, women, and children walk on the grounds of the Staten Island Cricket and Baseball Club in Livingston, Staten Island. A brass band is seated at left. The building in the background is the clubhouse of the Staten Island Ladies' Club. Inscription on the negative sleeve identifies this as Opening Day, Staten Island Ladies' Club, Friday June 7, 1895.
