Description Original B&W film negative. Interior view of an office, most likely at Borough Hall in St. George, Staten Island. Borough President Cornelius A. Hall stands at a desk; he is alongside 8 girls who are wearing Campfire Girl uniforms. There are several boxes of Campfire Girls "Sugar and Spice" cookies on the table. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "Camp Fire Girls / BP Hall."
