Original B&W film negative. Partial view of a truck parked on the side of the road, with the Verrazano Narrows Bridge in the background. Sign on the side of the truck: "It's here / NEW / Staten Island / Telephone / Directory." Two men stand alongside the truck, facing each other; one man holds a Staten Island telephone directory, and the other man has his hand on top of the directory. The man at right is Raymond C. Fingado, who worked for the New York Telephone Company. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "N.Y. Telephone Co. / 12/1/64 Bridge Plaza / S.I. Books / Trucking Co. Truck."
