Description Original B&W film negative. Front view of a diner with a large sign above: "BAY ST. CLIPPER / DRIVE IN 1 HOUR FREE PARKING / FOR PATRONS ONLY." Several cars are parked in front. Behind the diner is a large billboard for Jorgensen Motors. The Bay Street Clipper was located at 470 Bay Street in Stapleton, Staten Island. The original negative sleeve has the photographer's handwritten inscription: "Tantliff[? or Tantleff?] 10/10/52 / 1 Ea."
