Ownership and History Simonson's Restaurant was located at 405 Bayview Avenue in Simonson's Marine Center, Princes Bay, Staten Island. An advertisement in the 1963 telephone directory invited diners to "Tie Your Boat To The Dock & Have Dinner With Us."
