|Ownership and History||In 1888, Charles and Clarence Gregg bought their father's painting and decorating business and opened a store on Richmond Avenue. Over the years the brothers and succeeding generations of family members relocated and expanded the store, selling hardware, tools, housewares, and garden supplies in addition to paints.|
