Almstaedt / TOMPKINSVILLE, S.I." Reverse side of mount has a handwritten pencil inscription in Alice Austen's handwriting: "Monday / Sept. 12th / 1892." Printed inscription on reverse of mount: "I. Greeting card (occasion not known, possibly a valentine). Color-printed illustration of a young girl wearing a brown coat and hat, standing with her hand on a wall. Printed inscription below: "My Mama, who sent me here, / Bade me say: "I love you, dear!"" Fine print below image at left: "Copyright 1888 by L. Prang & Co., Boston. The reverse side has handwritten inscription in ink: "Alice with much love / from "Trudie" / 1888."

Printed program, black ink on off-white paper. Front page has a red heart in the center; printed inscription: "LIVING WHIST. / St. Valentine's Day, / FEBRUARY, 14, 1893. / HOTEL CASTLETON, STATEN ISLAND." The left-hand interior page is titled "PLAYERS" with a list of the people participating. The list of names includes "Miss Austen, Ten of Diamonds" and "Miss Eccleston, Queen of Clubs."
