Girl's 2-piece dress of white serge and blue silk. Bodice has standing collar, blue ruched ribbon trim, net-covered silk vest attached to bodice, long sleeves, and back closure with hooks and eyes. Paneled skirt with added ruffle of tan cotton with horizontally woven stripes (ruffle has been shortened).
