Silver teaspoon with an oval bowl and turned up handle with mid-rib. Underside of bowl shows rat-tail type attachment to stem. Initials "FB" engraved on back of handle. Back of stem has two impressed hallmarks, heart-shaped with initials "WKC". The hallmark is that of Cornelius Wynkoop, a silversmith active in New York City ca. 1724-1740.
