This is an individual item contained within archival collection MS120.
Original B&W photograph on gray cardboard mount. Informal portrait photograph of Mr. and Mrs. Israel Bedell seated indoors. Mr. Bedell is seated at left, in what appears to be a rocking chair; he has white or gray hair and a beard, and wears a suit with the coat unbuttoned. Mrs. Bedell is seated at right. She wears glasses, and her gray hair is drawn back; she wears a shirtwaist or blouse in a patterned fabric, with a high collar, pleated front, and puffed sleeves; her skirt appears to be made of a plain, dark fabric, also with pleats at the front. In the background at right, there is a cupboard in what appears to be the corner of a room; there are dishes on the shelves inside. A small sticker or decal with an image of holly leaves and berries is attached to the mount below the photo.
